About

This blog is about current, political issues concerning the Italian LGBT community. Since LGBTQ+ rights represent a controversial topic in Italy, it’s important to talk about these issues and get informed, regardless of our orientation. My blog is a colorful journey within this variegated co-culture, which keeps painting Italian society with love and rainbow colors, despite many difficulties imposed by the system. This world needs just more colors, rainbow colors. So if you’re interested in painting this world, as I am, with love, information, diversity, and pride, take a look at my articles!

My name is Emanuele Cellini. I’m 21 and I’m currently studying Communication and Media Studies at John Cabot University, in Rome. When I don’t work, I take to the streets for women’s rights, animals’ rights, and LGBTQ+ rights. I’m a fervent activist and I fight for living in a world ruled by equality and liberty. “Equality is the soul of liberty; there is, in fact, no liberty without it.” (F. Wright)
